David Warner has more than eight years of experience in civil engineering design, construction management and estimating. This experience includes civil engineering design on commercial and municipal projects in and around the Houston area. His experience also includes construction management and estimating of commercial building projects.
Warner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
