The development, created by Elan Development, will include over 4,300 homes an estimated population of 15,000 people. The community includes the subdivisions of Estates at Legends Ranch, Legends Run, Canyon Gate at Legends Ranch and Canyon Lakes at Legends Ranch. M&A has been involved since the inception of the community by assisting with the creation of Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 88 and 89.
