Description:
- Overall responsibility for engineering, planning and design of 1,200-acre master planned land development in South Montgomery County, Texas.
- Coordinated hydraulic and hydrology modeling to determine flood plain and backwater effect.
- Provided preliminary engineering layout of utilities and street paving.
- Prepared cost feasibility analyses for developer.
- Coordinated wetland delineation’s on property.
- Coordinated and negotiated annexation of 250-acres into nearby municipal utility district.
- Created two (2) Municipal Utilty Districts.
- Project Cost: $38 Million (Projected)
