Senior Engineer
Lou Ann Montana has more than 12 years of experience in the design and construction of numerous civil engineering projects in three states. Her experience includes extensive site grading and drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling, design of channel improvements, roadway design, lot layout, parking lot design, wastewater disposal, utility layout and connections, review of projects for zoning compliance, comprehensive permitting work associated with site development and coordination of agency reviews and approvals. She joined Montgomery & Associates in 2001.
Montana earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rice University and her Master of Education degree from University of Houston. She is a registered professional land surveyor in Texas, a registered professional engineer in New York and is a member of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
