Mr. McEnany joins Montgomery & Barnes with more than seven years of experience in engineering and project management for public, private and industrial clients.
His experience includes organizing project teams of multiple disciplines and managing projects of varying sizes. He has also designed wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, public utilities and gas pipelines.
