Description:
- Developed 2 or 3 preliminary conceptual design layout sketches of the proposed employee parking lot expansion.
- Identified key conceptual design requirements needed by the regulating government entities in order to achieve the desired rerouting of North and West Memorial Drives around the perimeter of the newly acquired tract.
- Addressed key drainage design issues, which impacted the need for storm water detention space to mitigate the impacts of additional impervious areas brought about by the parking lot expansion.
- Provided estimated costs for each phase of the proposed parking lot expansion.
