
Reid Mrsny is responsible for business development, personnel administration, operations and program management. He manages the firm’s public works’ projects, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Prior to his position as Vice President of Public Infrastructure, Mrsny was Senior Assistant Director of Engineering in the Engineering and Construction Division for the Public Works and Engineering Department of the City of Houston; where he was responsible for the design of infrastructure projects in the City’s adopted Capital Improvement Program (CIP). He also held the position of Managing Engineer for construction with the City of Houston’s Public Works Department. He has held positions as Senior Project Manager and Program Manager with engineering consulting firms in Houston.
Mrsny has held various leadership and management positions during 14 years of active service as an Army Officer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is a retired Colonel in the Army Reserves and recently served as Director for the Army’s Facility Engineer Center – Southwest.
Mrsny holds an MS in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.
Mrsny is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Houston/Galveston Post, where he has served as Post President and is member of the organization’s Academy of Fellows.
