Sherri McElwee is a Senior Project Manager for Land Development.
McElwee has more than 10 years of land development management experience working in general civil engineering, and civil engineering management related to residential multi-disciplined services for public agencies, private land developers, and commercial land development.developers. In her new position, she will be responsible for client relationships, quality control and review of projects for the company.
Prior to joining Montgomery & Associates, McElwee worked with various civil consulting firms within the Houston area. She has worked on numerous master-planned communities and developments in the Houston area. For the last 11 years, she has focused primarily on special districts in Harris and surrounding counties. She serves as President of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 3.
McElwee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. She is a licensed Professional Engineer.
