Montgomery & Associates has been the District Engineer for the 695-Acre, Spring Creek Utility District since 2002.
Description: Montgomery & Associates has been the District Engineer for the 695-Acre, Spring Creek Utility District since 2002. The District currently has 1,400 water and wastewater connection with over 2,800 planned when development is completed. M&A provides development services to several developers developing residential subdivisions within the District.
M&A is providing engineering and construction management services for the expansion of the District’s 0.475 mgd wastewater treatment plant to a capacity of 0.675 mgd. M&A has also contributed to design and construction of the recently completed Fox Springs Park. The 20-acre facility includes baseball fields, a picnic pavilion, fishing pond and playground.
