Houston, TX – July 10, 2008 – Gary Montgomery, president of Montgomery & Associates, Inc. a Houston based civil engineering and consulting services firm, is pleased to announce that David Warner, P.E. has been promoted to Project Manager.

Warner has more than 11 years of experience in civil engineering design, construction management and estimating on commercial and municipal projects in Houston and surrounding areas.

“We are pleased to be able to promote David to this important position,” said Montgomery. “He has demonstrated his ability to provide a high level of service to our clients, and we are excited to see him expand his expertise as a project manager.”

Warner holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Association of Water Board Directors (AWBD).
