Houston, TX – August 20, 2008 – Gary Montgomery, president of Montgomery & Associates, Inc. a Houston based civil engineering and consulting services firm, is pleased to announce that Debbie Ditta has been promoted to Vice President of Finance & Administration.

Ditta has more than 21 years of experience working in the engineering industry. In her new position, she will be responsible for financial operations and human resources for the company.

“We are pleased to promote Debbie to this key position,” said Montgomery. “Since joining the firm in 2001 she has shown great commitment and leadership within the company.”

Prior to joining Montgomery & Associates, Ditta worked 14 years within the transportation department of an engineering firm in Houston and gained experience with a financial advisors firm. Ditta received her Certified Administrative Professional® (CAP®) rating through the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). She is a member of the IAAP Texas Society.
